FRANCHISE OWNERSHIP

Westside Pizza is a franchise system. Individual locations may be independently owned and operated.

When you place an order, your transaction is with the specific Westside Pizza location fulfilling your order. However, certain services — including online ordering, loyalty programs, and marketing communications — may be managed at the corporate level. Individual franchise locations may maintain separate operational records relating to orders, customer interactions, employment applications, or local promotions.

ONLINE ORDERING

Westside Pizza’s online ordering is fulfilled through an external third-party platform. By placing an order, you agree to both these Terms & Conditions and the terms of service of the ordering platform being used. Third-party delivery providers operate independently and are solely responsible for their own personnel, systems, policies, delivery practices, and services.

Order acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by the store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, errors, or suspected misuse.

Pricing & errors

We strive for accuracy, but errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur. Westside Pizza reserves the right to correct errors and cancel or refuse orders placed based on incorrect information.

Availability of products, menu items, pricing, delivery services, and online ordering functionality may vary by location and may change without notice. Westside Pizza does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online ordering services and is not responsible for temporary outages, technical issues, or third-party platform interruptions.

Cancellations & refunds

Refunds, credits, and cancellations are handled in accordance with the policies of the store fulfilling the order and any applicable third-party ordering platform. Please contact the location that fulfilled your order for assistance.

Westside Pizza shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, technical failures, labor shortages, weather events, supply disruptions, governmental actions, or third-party service interruptions.

PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, & OFFERS

All promotions, coupons, and offers are subject to the following:

Valid for a limited time only
May not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
Limit one per customer, per order, or per household (unless otherwise specified)
Not valid on third-party delivery platforms unless stated
No cash value

Westside Pizza reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Westside Pizza also reserves the right to invalidate promotions or rewards obtained through error, technical malfunction, misuse, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

LOYALTY & REWARDS PROGRAM

Participation in the Westside Pizza rewards program is subject to the following:

Points are earned on qualifying purchases and may vary by promotion or tier
Points and rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable
Rewards may expire if not used within the designated timeframe
Accounts may not be shared, duplicated, or misused

Westside Pizza reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the rewards program, or any individual account, at any time if misuse or abuse is suspected. Westside Pizza may revoke points, rewards, or account benefits obtained through suspected misuse, fraud, technical errors, duplicate accounts, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Participation in the rewards program does not create any vested right or property interest in accumulated points, rewards, or program benefits.

Westside Pizza reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the rewards program, point structures, reward eligibility, or any individual account at any time, with or without notice.

THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY SERVICES

Westside Pizza may partner with third-party delivery providers (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats). Once an order is handed off to a third-party delivery service:

Delivery time, order handling, and service quality are managed by that provider
Westside Pizza is not responsible for delays, damages, or delivery-related issues
Customers should contact the third-party provider directly for delivery concerns

SMS & EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your contact information and opting in, you agree to receive communications from Westside Pizza, including promotional messages.
