Our local locations offer various fundraising programs, all designed to return a percentage of sales back to help your organization. We want to help you reach your fundraising goals, which is why we have worked hard to design specialized programs to get you there.

ORGANIZING YOUR FUNDRAISER
PIZZA WITH A PURPOSE
NOTIFY US OF YOUR EVENT
We require notification of the intent to fundraise 5 weeks before you in advance of your event to be considered.
You’ll need to email us your Application (download here) and a completed W-9 form to apply.
After we have received your application, please give us two weeks to process and respond.
We typically host in-store fundraisers on Mondays or Tuesdays from 5 pm to 8 pm. However, times may vary depending on the local Westside Pizza Manager’s recommendation.
HOW TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL FUNDRAISER
- Get all your ducks in a row- Make sure that you have filled out all of the appropriate documents with the right information to ensure that the process moves along without any problems.
- Start the process early- The earlier you start planning, the sooner you can get the word out and create hype around your event.
- Promote! Promote! Promote! People won’t know about your event unless you make sure that they do. You are in charge of promoting your fundraiser at your local Westside Pizza. So do all that you can through word of mouth, flyers, social media, email, etc.
- Have Fun! Get creative with your promotions and have fun raising funds for the organization you are passionate about!
